      Pros

      Benefits are MUCH better than other small companies I’ve worked for The work days are more variable and less monotonous than most jobs (you are in different roles each day)

      Cons

      Sometimes days off are inconsistent, which can make planning your free time challenging. Not as much upward mobility

      Pros

      Wonderful to work with the dolphins every day. Amazing to be out in the warm Hawaiian air every day. Management was wonderful and very professional. Very attractive co-workers.

      Cons

      Female dolphin trainers were constantly out drinking and partying. Low pay.
