      Pros

      Very much a start up so bare essentials. Many positives like flexibility, hands on a self reliance, if you like that sort of working environment. CEO is very nice. A strong woman and leader but really needs equally strong managers and leads in each department. good work culture but a bit too relaxed. Free snacks and coffee.

      Cons

      con - parking is not paid and is costly. uncertainty of job security cos it's still a start up. clearly working with low budget. HR needs major upgrade. Onboarding and on going training was not organized.

      Pros

      The environment and culture; friendly and diverse. Management is the main cause of this. They're fun, yet hardworking. Lot's to learn and lot's to do - it's a 2 year old start up . love being hands on - roll up those sleeves. Management has open door policy, always recognizes and praises good work. They try to help in any way they can even with personal issues. they provide free healthy snacks even help us find free parking around the building if you don't want to pay the monthly parking rate for the building.

      Pros

      This is an engaging startup. Lots of indepence - may not be everyone’s cup of tea but if you are self reliant and motivated you will enjoy it. Be realistic about your expectations across the baord. This is a START UP. If start-ups are not your forte then this might not be for you. I like it here a lot and plan to stay.

      Cons

      All things considered, none comes to mind.
