Decent pay for management. Plenty of benefits and support for day to day operations
Cons
When things go wrong the pressure is turned up and everyone tries to save themselves instead of training people properly. You’re more likely to get a write up as a manager than additional training that’s helpful or someone willing to work with you.

Pros
Different drivers come in and out. Meet different people. Making the pizzas are actually kind of fun. You only work in the building answering the phones, making pizzas and stuff so it’s not really hard.
Cons
During busy seasons like Football and Super Bowl, you get so many orders at once.
