Pros

You can work from home and avoid toxic people.

Cons

It was my fourth job, the worst by far, the reason? Clueless and weak people on the top, they are pretenders and parasites instead of experts and they think people don't see shocking gaps in management's technical expertise. Experienced, experts please stay away from this company . Don River is filled with full of bad bad management and they will eat and throw you away or they make you stay with false promises, but they do it with smile and pretend to be friends. No career prospect if you are out of the boys / family zone. They are yet to realise that company is strong when people work with each other and not against each other and for themselves. Manager backs up manager and the bottom of the chain employee is always the one to take the heat, if something goes wrong it is never ever management fault and in Melbourne office they will even shout to tell you that. Half of the time is spent pointing fingers and deflecting. Full of destructive politics and culture that lacks transparency, collaboration, respect, trust and care. Most developing work is copy paste from previous projects, a lot of time is wasted on doing nothing.
