      Pros

      Great benefits and 401k match. Some people at the foundation are great.

      Cons

      Some people seem to step on others to make themselves look better. Passive-aggressive comments were made about colleagues as opposed to constructive feedback. The work environment is more critical and toxic than supportive and empowering. No work-life balance, people are seemingly expected to work beyond office hours for things that can wait and are not dire.

      Some outdated bureaucratic procedures and probably too frequent board meetings. Sometimes stuffy.

      Kind people, great values, cool operating centers, visionary. Great culture of encouraging people to maintain healthy work life balance. Attempts to stay ahead of the curve on tech adaptations.

      Cons

      Challenging to find mentorship across the organizations due to relatively small team sizes with very different roles. Challenging to seek promotion opportunities within the organization as a young professional.
