      Pros

      Supporting Air Operations for the Navy, and fuel truck drivers were good people.

      Cons

      Working for four tyrants who basically do as I say not as I do, (they make all the rules but do not abide by them). Horrible pay, (no pay raise in over 8 years). No room for advancement. No voice within the company,(we should have a union to defend us or give us a voice). Corporate does not listen or care about the people within the company.

      Pros

      Most Weekends and Hollidays off.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement or compensation for skill or seniority. Managers have been promoted as a result of prior Air Force rank and not because of skill or experience. Talented employees that should be in management are passed over because of no prior Air Force rank.

      Pros

      Very easy, show up, fly your students, go home. It's the easiest 6 figures you'll ever make in your life outside the lottery. Added bonus if you still love to fly and teach.

      Cons

      There is limited room for growth, but that is the nature of the position. Opportunities for professional growth, such as sponsoring professional courses are nil.
