Additionally, their flexible policies cater to the unique needs of individuals and businesses alike, ensuring that everyone can work in a way that suits them best.

Cons

Dotlines faces the following drawbacks in terms of salary management: Payment of salaries is inconsistent and not standardized, which can lead to confusion and frustration among employees. The process of salary review and promotion is marred by corruption, which can result in deserving employees being overlooked or undervalued. Overall, these issues can lead to a lack of trust and morale among employees, which can negatively impact productivity and retention rates.

Pros

They have a good-looking Office and free lunch for everyone. They showcase the office to their investors and bank, they don’t actually have a real business making profit.

Cons

In my 1 Year Journey, they never paid my salary on time. They forced me to take a loan from Bank against my 6 months' salary they will pay this in the next 5 Years. The management of the company only priority is their relatives in the company . No matter wich role you are in Chairman micromanage everything.
