Money can be decent if someone wins or you build regulars. Working by yourself and able to run shirt how you would like decent pay for s bar job

Horrible communication between management Working in the worst parts of town on grave as s female Other employees and managers lieing about you Expecting you to get more side work done but get mad if you have to much overtime Other employee knowing your business Unprofessional liars Barely see management

Could have the opportunity to make great money if you out in the time.

So many cons , management is absolutely terrible across the board from bottom to top with a few acceptions . And those acceptions have no say to make things different. All they strive to do is dish out disciplinary write up for literally anything and everything and will fire the absolute best bartender they could possibly get because they mistakenly didn’t check a box on piece of paper saying they completed a side task even tho the side task was completed. That’s just one of many examples
