Accounts Payable leadership (Shaqualla & Kimberlee Anderson) lack management skills and create a hostile environment Overwork in Audit; often required to take lunch at your desk Write-ups used unfairly, with work compared to others instead of focusing on improvement Favoritism and seniority culture — advancement depends on being close to higher-ups, not on performance Unequal treatment and lack of inclusivity; certain employees receive more support and patience Warehouse also has segregation issues and poor culture Little to no real guidance or training; employees often left to figure things out alone Feedback is often discouraging instead of constructive Morale is consistently low across departments
