Pros

Many pros about this organization! They recognized you for the work you did. They had company outings. They had massages for employees available from time to time. The CEO is very personable and friendly and genuinely is a good guy.

Cons

I didn't see the ability for me to personally move up. Not because the opportunities weren't there, but because I was looking for a different type of position.
