issues with payroll-late or inaccurate your deducted for breaks but you cannot leave the facility lack of support from management having to work with 4 kids 1 staff oncall non existant have to solve issues yourself no benifits, sick time, vacation time no employee recognition, no performance reviews no petty cash have to sometime use your own money to pay for things
