Don't Do It

Pros

Like minded co-workers sometimes but for the wrong reasons. Everyone complains about the work and owners. Tips for a full timer ballparks to $100 - Payout doesn't equal business.

Cons

-Condescending, Higher than thou owners, False Kindness. -Must be a yes man to work here. If you need it, keep your head down, smile and nod. -Expect repetitive tasks beyond the norm with no deviation. -No trust in employees even with training. -Expectations too high. Bending over backwards isn't enough. -Don't expect a livable wage, no matter promises. -No understanding for personal circumstances and issues. Ruined self confidence in my work.

Pros

free doughnuts on breaks if you want them (but when you've been dipping them in sugar all morning, the last thing you want is a doughnut)

Cons

low pay, awful work, extremely mundane

A Good Place To Work

Pros

- Key expectations are communicated clearly; if you've worked at a restaurant before this will feel top tier. - Shift hours feel fairly assigned and communicated. - Inclusive of those who are masking. - The different stores provided a nice change of pace. - The pay is great!

Cons

- Closing shifts can be overwhelming. - Starting at the main location with the bakery can be nerve wracking when the bakers are super busy and you need answers and/or assistance.
