      Pros

      Great balance of independence and oversight for junior/mid-level associates. You have the freedom to write/argue creatively, and benefit from regular client contact. The firm emphasizes and everyone (from clerk to lawyer) shares the common goal of furthering clients' business interests. No pretentiousness, very straightforward/friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      To mimic a prior review, like with all law firms, you get what you put in.

      Great for a new attorney to learn if they can stay focused

      Cons

      Not enough work for attorneys Not so much of a positive working environment You can feel underappreciated especially if you have dedicated several years to the firm No Confidentiality

      Everyone is pretty casual and friendly; Nice office; Free gym membership There are always coworker happy hours and networking events

      Cons

      I don't really have complaints. No cons. Honestly, I think if you look at the one really negative review, just take it with a grain of salt. You get what you put in with this firm. If you're friendly, you'll get friendly coworkers. If you have a negative attitude, people will likely mirror that attitude. You have to know how to take criticism well.
