I don't really have complaints. No cons. Honestly, I think if you look at the one really negative review, just take it with a grain of salt. You get what you put in with this firm. If you're friendly, you'll get friendly coworkers. If you have a negative attitude, people will likely mirror that attitude. You have to know how to take criticism well.
