Very racist school, teachers are rude to students and show favoritism towards who they want, principles lie to parents on a regular basis. Teachers are not college graduates.

A promising opportunity for good education ruined by several awful admin and staff

pay is about the same as other schools, parents and students are generally kind and great to work with, there are some leadership who are very well qualified and genuinely want to create a place where kids get a great education

Cons

some awful leaders who are extremely selfish, negligent, and incompetent, some teachers who are abusive and incompetent, and lack of rules in place at regular public schools which are there for good reason, overall culture of good optics and bringing in money and students instead of trying to give kids a good and kind education
