This place is on fire. People are leaving en mass from every division. 1/3rd OF THE WORKERS ARE GONE (all levels top to bottom) in the last 6 months-year and they aren't replacing them, resulting in more work for the survivors. There is a lot of "talk" and no action as far as fixing the culture. This is not a place for longevity unless you are part of the "in clique," Even the "blessed" are not safe from burnout, toxicity and drama. Purportedly, it used to be a good place to work. The promise and mission of this place is great, but the current reality is awful. There are a few long timers holding their breath silently hoping a massive change will occur-but most everyone that *can* has already left, most are looking. When people leave for lower paying jobs, or without a real plan just to get away- that's all you need to know. You have been warned, don't do it to yourself. The stress and culture will have you looking for a new job within months.

They are severely short staffed, need much stronger visions and structure to achieving that. A lot of the time your work is just putting out fires that shouldn't have happened in the first place. And many employees do not have clear definitions of their roles causing a lot of chaos and confusion.
