      Pros

      They can kick you off at any time without any prior notice There is no notice period to be served if they fire you HR team talks rudely specially the guy named Johnsons

      Cons

      Lot. Of cons Actually they are here to expliot there employees They will make you work on weekends If ylu dont work on weekends they will asm you to resign and the thing is that they never ever pay for these weekends
