Pros

- Unlimited Beer - Free Parking Space

Cons

- Salary comes in late. Salaries are usually given on the salary date itself or worst is the salary date is over before you receive your salary. - No managers. The turnover rate in this company is high. This is not recommended to fresh graduates because no one will mentor you but yourself. - No Backpay, clearance, COE after resignation. This company will hold your backpay and other important documents. There are already several former employees who still haven't receive their backpay, who already left the company for years. - HR is unprofessional. HR hold grudges and negative sentiments of their former employees. Tip for hr: be professional, we are all working to provide our daily needs. - No credible employees. Auditor/s is not licensed/certified. Managers have unattainable and "magical" targets. - Lack of manpower. Imagine having 2 employees left at Finance dept., 2 employees left at Supply chain dept., and 3 employees left at accounting dept. How would a company expand and meet its target if you do not have enough employees.

Pros

• Warm People - You will instantly feel the welcoming and inviting atmosphere right from the start. The kind of relationship you build with your colleagues often extends beyond a professional level. There’s a family in everyone in the company. • Unique Culture - The company promotes engagement among its employees. Small wins are always celebrated, and the people behind these are recognized and credited for their efforts. • Opportunities for Growth - When the management sees your potential, they will make it known to you. They never lack in recognizing your accomplishments and contributions to the business, inspiring you to do even better. • Abundant Perks - All employees get to have discounts to the products of the company. Upon hiring, employees receive onboarding kits and freebies (full package of all company products). For anyone with cars, free parking spaces are provided. • Minimal Hierarchical Barrier - The company owners are very well involved in running the business; you can easily talk and consult with them. This setup gives way for opportunities for an open collaboration, and free flow of ideas and learnings across. This also promotes faster turnaround and better directions for the team.

Cons

Fast-Paced - Like any other FMCG company, the challenge of getting things done at a tight timing is always there. While this may initially be a challenge, it would also train you to practice agility and adopt a more organized working style.

Pros

-Free beer -Relatively friendly employees -Celebrations -People are familial? (might be a pro for some, not for me. Just adding this cos I need to reach minimum words for Pros)

Cons

-Right from the get go the interviewers tell you how non-traditional the company is, but really it's just a guise as to how incompetent and scattered everything is. -When you're told a certain date as to when something will be executed, 60% of the time it doesn't happen on that given date or time. Examples - meeting at a certain time, probably will push through later more often than not. - you will receive an important document a certain day, will probably pushed a day or a week later. -Not to be mistaken, the people are really nice, but you smell the incompetence right from the start. -From the earlier days, there were probably a lot of competent employees who've moved to bigger institutions and made the company what it is today, but right now it's just fighting to survive and maintain whatever it has.
