Get to work towards fun theatre experience for audiences
Cons
Extremely bullying, nepotism, leadership does not create safe spaces. They don't value representation or their employees. Outdated inappropriate practices. Very low salary in a stressful toxic working environment. Only one HR employee with zero experience, and was only "mentored" into the role.
