      Poor Management

      Pros

      The hourly staff are incredible. Keeping the place running on weekends and holidays.

      Cons

      The BHTs and nurses are the only reason this place still operates. They put the needs of the clients first always. For everyone working M-F 9-5, they treat the clients like a payday. HR is a joke. Will not formally address anything. Procedures are circumstantial at best, tons of gray areas. The pay is crap, no holiday pay or time and a half. The same people work every holiday for pennies, doing everyone in the offices jobs whether they are there or not. No raises but will hire people for the same role as employees that have been there and pay them more money.

      I honestly have nothing good to say about DLR.

      Cons

      Terrible reputation. Unethical leadership Will tarnish your resume Will trash you to the industry when you leave. Plenty of broken promises and lies.

      Pros

      Connected with many in the industry. Was able to use this company to network to get a better, more rewarding role in this field with a reputable organization. People in the medical field would ask "you seem like a good guy, why do you work for DLR".

      Cons

      A lot of drama from management. Constantly contradicting themselves and causing confusion. Amazing they are still open and operating. Often was told to "sell" programs that we did not offer and were not legit.
