No Work culture. Senior people talked to junior people with abuse words. Just following only old way of work, they don't wants to learn or listen if this correct or not. There are many bad policies. For example if you get increment after 1 year and if you leave company after 6 - 8 month then you have to return your incremented salary to company to back. Even they don't give any appointment letter at the time of joining.

The most pathetic company to work with. Lousy environment, no skills in working nothing is good in the company. The company makes your life constant. Mentally torturing- is the only motto of the company. If you don't want to make your life hell, never think about working in this "Dreamsoft4u". I tell you their work policy for new joiners, They just hire any professional and after 3 4 months HR Call you and tell your performance is not marked-up, even if you are very knowledgeable & productive person in your work. They said we have conducted a review by our reviewer team. Don't know who their reviewer team is. And one more pathetic thing in this company, weekly meeting only & only meetings just time pass. After the meeting, no action is performed on the points that were discussed in the previous meeting. You have to evolve in all meetings and no time for work and next meeting (next 7 days me) they want result. Arey Kaha Hota h Aisa. Just pathetic company be aware !!!!!!
