Cons
This feedback is being shared with disappointment and honesty, even though it is clearly understood that no one in the company takes action against such behavior. The experience at Dreamcast, particularly under the CS team app leadership, has been extremely discouraging. The major concern lies in the way leadership handles people. There is a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic communication skills. A team lead is expected to support, guide, and stand by the team when needed, but that support is consistently missing. There is no sense of approachability. When genuine help or guidance is required, support is simply not available. Instead of creating a respectful and safe work environment, interactions often feel dismissive, insensitive, and demotivating. The way conversations are handled reflects poor leadership and an inability to communicate with team members respectfully. What makes the situation worse is that such behavior continues unchecked. Despite repeated experiences and visible issues, no corrective action is taken by the company. This silence and inaction indirectly encourage such conduct and make employees feel unheard and unsupported. Medical reasons and personal challenges are not taken seriously and are instead questioned or indirectly portrayed as fake. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. No employee should ever feel judged or doubted over health-related matters, yet this has been a repeated experience. The conduct on the last working day was especially disappointing. Instead of maintaining professionalism and dignity, there was unnecessary negativity, lack of courtesy, and instances of talking behind the employee’s back. This clearly reflects a lack of maturity, ethics, and leadership responsibility. An organization’s culture is shaped by its leaders and by how complaints are addressed. When no action is taken, trust breaks, morale drops, and the company’s image suffers. Employees are not machines—they deserve respect, understanding, and basic human decency. This feedback is shared with the hope that accountability is eventually taken seriously. Dreamcast may have potential as an organization, but without empathetic leadership and action against such behavior, these issues will continue and good people will continue to leave.
