Working with a large multinational, some brilliant people to work with.

Cons

Very little communication. If you’re part of an Australian based company that is an acquisition, be prepared to lose your job to the Philippines as they only seem to value Australian based server administration staff in Sydney or Perth. Two employees who have worked at the company acquired with collectively 20+ years of experience in the industry, making the company one of the top 5 within the sector in Australia apparently did not represent "significant value". Dreamscape seem to acquire competition to eliminate it, experienced staff are collateral damage.

Pros

Good office environment at Crazy Domains, Perth HQ. Xbox and free lunch day Friday was also great. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Pepsi on tap and minimal micromanagement.

Cons

The CEO is rude and obnoxious and would put you down any given opportunity. Projects seemed to go nowhere and most of the employees were unhappy with their salaries. Some people on $15/hr. Management was a joke and not much collaboration between employees and management. Work ethics were pathetic; work extra hours and told not to claim the hours but expect a bonus at the end of the year instead, that's if you had performed good all year. No opportunity to grow.
