      Pros

      Good office environment at Crazy Domains, Perth HQ. Xbox and free lunch day Friday was also great. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Pepsi on tap and minimal micromanagement.

      Cons

      The CEO is rude and obnoxious and would put you down any given opportunity. Projects seemed to go nowhere and most of the employees were unhappy with their salaries. Some people on $15/hr. Management was a joke and not much collaboration between employees and management. Work ethics were pathetic; work extra hours and told not to claim the hours but expect a bonus at the end of the year instead, that's if you had performed good all year. No opportunity to grow.

Poor Communication: Transparency and alignment with leadership are lacking. High Turnover: The work environment leads to frequent employee departures. Lack of Growth Opportunities: Limited career progression and professional development. Work-Life Balance Challenges: Expectations can be demanding with little flexibility.

      Cons

      Management is ineffective, with mediocre leadership that fails to provide the necessary support for employees. There's a noticeable lack of guidance and direction, making it difficult to thrive in the role.
