      easy interview process. Hiring a lot.

      Management ka culture bohat kharaab hai Management have very bad culture, power harassment, play politics, no open for feedback. Do as I say, very bossy. Too many projects together, long working hours. Work on weekends and no pay for overtime. Too many people from same culture hired. HR process very poor. No vision. Very stressful place. Company have lot of money but no know what doing. Career and salary no clear. Low experience people micromanage too much.

      DRE Homes is a solid company for anyone looking to build a career in Dubai real estate. The management gives real support to agents, especially new joiners, and there’s a clear structure that helps you learn the market fast. Training sessions, team leaders who actually respond and help you secure units with big developers. The work culture is competitive, but in a healthy way. You’re pushed to perform, but you’re also given the tools to succeed, marketing support, lead generation systems, and guidance from experienced agents. The environment attracts people who take their career seriously.

      Nice office - nice team

      Cons

      Senior leadership run the office off fear and intimidation. HR deducts women's salary for not wearing heels or the fugly DRE Tshirts (which btw smell) - They promise fake promotions, take away holiday days, often pays a couple days late, blackmails staff and all round just terrible
