      Big focus on culture and employee happiness.

      Cons

      They don't yet quite have an idea of what the business is supposed to do. It's a startup, things are constantly in flux, but.... it's sort of a hot mess.

      There's so much to like about Drift

      Pros

      -As a remote employee, people communicate regularly and clearly on Slack, which helps me feel like I'm in the office. -There's a very strong and positive culture. -Company is trying to solve one of the biggest challenges in the world -- getting the grid to 100% clean energy and has a realistic strategy and sophisticated technology to do this. -Lot's of opportunity to bring up and move forward on your own ideas. -Lot's of openness and transparency coming from leadership. -Everyone who works at Drift is really smart and fun.

      Cons

      -It's a startup, so if you need a lot of structure and are looking for a big/established company, Drift isn't there yet.
