We get paid in peanuts for more than 6 hours of hard and resilient work that we put in. We should prove ourself for getting a fixed pay which is only 5K. The seniors are unhelpful and many times my growth got affected by their slow responses to our emergency queries because of which we lost many customers. Nobody here is making money. They are only trying to attract more employees. The projects they have are not good and nobody wants to work on it and we need to literally beg the customers to work with us.
