Pros

Drinkaware is the UK's leading alcohol charity (want to clarify as there is a review on this page clearly from someone who works at a bar/selected wrong company!). The organisation is about moderation (not sobriety) and has a really interesting and important mission to try and get society to a point where we destigmatise conversations about alcohol, in the same way we've seen positively happen with mental health. Karen, the CEO who joined in late 2022 is amazing very friendly with a clear vision. We've recently moved office, which is a bright, beautiful and collaborative space in Morgate (ldn) with hybrid working. People are kind and committed to the mission. Work-life balance is strongly respected, people are people first and I've never felt respect like it. You get a Health & Well-being grant, talks from external speakers, more-than-average leave and more. I feel very supported by my manager and team, and feel I'm making a positive impact in the UK!

Cons

Nothing I feel needs flagging.

Pros

Small team of approximately 30 which works well and shares a passion

Cons

CEO fails on a vast number of areas from people skills, ability to make change, share a vision or motivate staff.
