Hard Work and late hours

Wish hours were more flexible and days compared to night shifts

Management was super odd and they don’t screen their employees. Many minors work there and they allowed a convicted offender work there for a year because they forgot to do a background check.

Awful company, awful CEO. Very poorly run. Company is involved in multiple lawsuits and investigations. It feels like the CEO just throws darts at a board when deciding what to do next with the business. The company is on a major decline and it doesn't seem like the CEO cares. Directly after making major changes to the company that cut our profits in half, the CEO did a visit to our location, walked around for maybe five minutes while talking on his phone, and left without saying anything. If you decide to work here, you will most likely be searching for another job within a year. I've watched positions and hours get cut, as well as wages get decreased, resulting in understaffing. No benefits if you're not full time. At least two weekend days are required in your availability, making it difficult to get a second job (which is needed if you work here.) Every previous employee I've spoken with has agreed that they would return to the company if upper management did a better job.
