A Toxic Work Environment
Working here has been a disappointing experience. The company’s management creates a competitive and cutthroat atmosphere, pitting junior employees against each other instead of fostering teamwork. Managers and team leads are more focused on competing among themselves and taking credit for work than on supporting their teams.
HR is ineffective and more concerned with internal politics than with addressing employee issues. Offsite events are handled poorly, with tax benefits taking precedence over employee welfare.
The overall work culture is negative, with employees often blaming each other rather than collaborating. Team leads and managers act more like yes-men to upper executives than true leaders. If you have concerns, they’re often dismissed without consideration.
In short, this company’s work environment is toxic, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a supportive and collaborative place to work.
