Stay well away from here

Pros

- Daily lunch provided and staff are actually good people though.

Cons

Stay well away from here if you are serious about your career. Too many cons to list, however following were big three for me; - as a product, there's little or no differentiation from competition. Plus, it's all an emotional buy with no real business value to a customer. Sale people just talks smoke and mirrors. - no solid b2b experience in management. This is demostrated in marketing, product development, go-to-market sales strategy and more importantly internal processes. - local folks can't and doesn't contribute to any strategic decisions. Therefore, your opinions and feedbacks goes in one ear and out the other with local management. Lastly, just look at the turnover across all offices. Average tenure must be less than a year for most regions.

Pros

Perks like health care, food, gym allowance and stock

Cons

Immature product not ready for the enterprise space. A complete disconnection between HQ and regional offices. Sever underestimation of the market and product's readiness while expecting salespeople to reach impossible targets. Poor remuneration for sales people.

Pros

Free food and a ridiculous barrista resource onsite

Cons

Not only does the company have no clue how to sell b2b, it seems unwilling to listen to the resources they have already in order to learn how to do so. Turnover in the Australian office is so high, we lost an entire team in less than 6 months. A friend of mine went on maternity leave, they had no idea what they were doing as most of the staff are in their 20s and therefore mistakes were made. Chaos internally and way too much money is spent on ridiculous stuff promoting an elitist ivy league hipster workplace that is not serious.
