Cons
Stay well away from here if you are serious about your career. Too many cons to list, however following were big three for me; - as a product, there's little or no differentiation from competition. Plus, it's all an emotional buy with no real business value to a customer. Sale people just talks smoke and mirrors. - no solid b2b experience in management. This is demostrated in marketing, product development, go-to-market sales strategy and more importantly internal processes. - local folks can't and doesn't contribute to any strategic decisions. Therefore, your opinions and feedbacks goes in one ear and out the other with local management. Lastly, just look at the turnover across all offices. Average tenure must be less than a year for most regions.
