      Cons

      Disrespectful management Outdated policies Teachers are randomly switched to different classes Rigid scheduling Too much admin work for teachers Dishonest and manipulative management In many classrooms one teacher does all the work (usually the co-teacher) while the lead takes credit and management is totally blind to this.
