I am proud to say that today, at DrumWave, I am already pursuing a meaningful career. As I carve my path alongside my colleagues, I can't help but feel as if I'm on the cutting edge of innovation every day I'm awake. It's quite overwhelming and sometimes difficult to navigate the complexities of a fast-growing Silicon Valley company, but the team is always ready to help, both inside and outside of work. I feel that DrumWave genuinely cares about my well-being and values me as a person. I feel like my voice is heard, and that I have a remarkable journey ahead of me. I believe I have the right tools to excel in my role as a creative, which gives me confidence in delivering only high-quality work. DrumWave trusts me, trust my opinions, my insights, and my time.
Cons
On the other hand, I also recognize that there is much room for improvement. As a growing company, DrumWave is in the process of establishing its culture, and communication efforts are continuously being enhanced across the board. Additionally, we need to expand our headquarters to further improve our team's ability to collaborate. To me, these are simply necessary growing pains.
