Pros
The only good thing about working here is if you’re looking to build clientele and are interested in running your own business some day.
Cons
Management here has always been an issue. They are rude to their employees and have no compassion for them. This is one of those jobs where you see a new stylist come and go all the time because of how negative the atmosphere is. There’s no opportunity here, unless you’re okay with being enslaved to this franchise. Not to mention the managers, and owner are very unprofessional. I suffered from a lot of emotional distress working here.
