      Flexible schedule (somewhat) and that's it!

      Cons

      Your commission contract doesn't reflect your paycheck, because the owner calculates the way she wants. So your check is short $100 or more per pay period. If you talk to her about your money. You end up fired! Everyone is replaceable to her, she doesn't value her stylist.

      Great co workers just one nice manager

      Cons

      The managers pick favorits. The company hired way too many stylist then put them in a position to leave other jobs to make this a priority but send you home early or call you off work almost everyday.
