Management will expect you to take on the role of Systems Administrator for Eau Claire and will not pay you or compensate you in title or salary for that work.
Onsite management does not actually know what the job entails because none of them are IT and so they will assume you are only doing helpdesk work while you manage projects for the plant.
When you ask where your position could go and how you can grow they will elude to you being given a "prestigious position" far down the line but will not commit to any short term or year by year growth to keep you working and motivated without actually giving you anything.
They will expect you to manage the department, making IT roadmaps for Eau Claire, managing the finances including Capex and Opex for Eau Claire IT, planning major upgrades and implementing those upgrades.
This job is not made for you to grow and you will consistently be given below 3% raises every year while you continue to take on more and more responsibilities.

Overall the job is a great start for any new CVTC graduates looking to rapidly expand their knowledge and experience, but this is not a job intended to keep you long term and they will create narratives and use manipulative tactics to try and keep you working there without giving you anything in return.
