      - they never allow WFH - extreme micro management - leads are toxic - no appreciation at all

      - Competitive salary (140K) for fresh graduates - Very supportive environment of seniors - Active products being worked on with new features - Lots of learning and growth, and team leads give you real features to work on

      Cons

      - Extreme overtime culture. Can't make any plans on weekdays because you never know when you'll be free. - Working on weekends whenever team lead or senior says it's needed - No respect for work life balance. You are able to go only when senior says it's ok for you to go.

      Good Salary for starter , for new hire. Good work environment. Big products to work on (zameen,olx,bayut)

      Cons

      -Managers of Backend team especially (Ruby on Rails) team are very rude and toxic. They don't treat you as Human. -Overtime full night, I have seen my colleagues working from 10 am to 6am of the next day. -Sethia culture, no good increments if you are not favourite. - No WFH policy , it is discouraged here. - No Lunch , no good benefits, HR will inquire each and every detail about your OPD request.
