Pros

Nothing I can think of. One or two nice people work there and that's it.

Cons

Without a doubt, this is the worst place I have ever worked. The people there are petty, unprofessional, and childish. Not an appropriate, or in some cases, legal workplace. It is owned by 4 brothers, each as unprofessional as the next. The business got handed down to them so they do not know how to run it and are making it up as they go. The other employees are not much better. You cannot trust anyone because they are all trying to trash talk their way to the top. No sense of being a team because the owners don’t trust each other and pit their employees against each other. The head of the design team is a miserable person who has one of the owners wrapped around her finger. She’s very insecure since this is her first design/management position and has attacked multiple people who seem to have threatened her position. In fact, the whole “design” department is a clique. It’s made up of females, age 20-29, and it’s more akin to a high school girl’s locker room than a place of work. They all talk trash and not just about others but about each other. It’s a toxic environment but there doesn’t seem to be any part of this place that isn’t toxic. There is no HR department. Hours are 8:30 to 6pm with only a half hour break which you are forced to take at 1pm. This means it’s a 45 hour workweek with minimum pay. Overtime and overtime pay are only given to a select few who say they do overtime but really just collect the overtime checks without doing any work. Benefits are pitiful. The office is in a warehouse, so it is very cold in the winters and there are always bugs crawling around. Building is not up to code. Don’t know how the fire department or marshals haven’t shut them down yet. IRS should be called too as there is definitely shady business being done by the owner’s sons. And get used to the sons of the owners. They will come in in their fancy, expensive cars, spend 4 hours at work 2 days a week and not know anything they're talking about, all while making more money than you’ll see in ten years of working there. Everyone in power will hold it over your head and are passive aggressive. They cannot stand confrontation, so they won’t say anything to your face, but they will make your life there more difficult and will do anything to get you to quit so they don’t have to fire you and pay unemployment. Not that the pay there is worth it. It is well below market value for each position and they will promise you promotions and more money but you will never see fair pay. You’ll make less working 45 hours a week there than you will working 40 hours a week somewhere else. You also have to punch in and out, even for lunch. I’ve never seen that in an office environment before but they like to keep track of certain people. The turnover of employees is astounding. When I started there, I was told by senior employee that they hope I last because they were tired of training people who quit or get fired 2 months later. They will threaten to fire you if you have a mind of your own or if you aren't buddies with the managers. They do not treat this like a business, they treat it as a sweatshop where you should feel “blessed” to have a job, or so I was told. I’ve known a lot of people to come and go from this company and they wrote the other negative reviews on this and other sites. The positive reviews were given by people who are so comfortable being paid for nothing that they’re also okay with posting false/inaccurate posts. I cannot imagine someone ever writing a truthful, positive review for this dump. I wish I had the chance to read these reviews, but sadly, there were none posted when I started working for there. Also, if you have the unfortunate opportunity to be in a business meeting with one of the owners, you should practice cringing now. They each have a face they make when they don’t know the answer and they laugh and smile until they can think of something. None of the owners know what is happening in the company or even exactly what they make. They also constantly lie to the customers about when they can expect their goods, so if you’re in the unfortunate position of contacting customers, expect a lot of backlash. Overall, I will be surprised if this company is still around in 10 years. They have zero respect for their employees safety, careers, or work-life balance. They have zero respect for their customers. They have zero ethics. They would also have zero employees but they keep restocking them with highschool or college graduates who need jobs and don’t care if they’re paid in peanuts and disrespect. If you have any skills in your field you should keep working on them and not waste your time here. This isn’t a stepping stone, this is quicksand. Unfortunately, if you ignore this and take a job with them, you’ll be writing a similar review in a few months. This company doesn’t deserve talented people and that’s why they all leave.

Pros

Some really nice people. Other than that I cannot think of anything else. My time there was not pleasant and wasted.

Cons

Everything else. They need to make fake positive reviews to make sure they don't get 1 star. It's pathetic to be honest.
