- There are some truly great and talented people here.

Cons

- Hires on people for hypothetical new business opportunities, which are never won, leading to firing of new hires just weeks later. - HR is laughable and Leadership is aloof. - Promotions are promised but rarely given.

There are some really lovely humans at this agency. If you're looking to break in to advertise and learn the ropes from some kind people (not something you find too terribly often in the industry) this is the place to do it.
