Pros
Perks galore! Great atmosphere, incredible people, talented coworkers, fun parties, a fully stocked penthouse bar, all the La Croix you can drink, unlimited sick leave, flexible work from home policy and no late nights or weekends plus half-days before every holiday. This is literally the best less-than-100 employee place you could ever hope to work. If you ever watched Mad Men and thought, "Man it's a shame that places like this don't exist anymore," you my friend are in luck. (-all the gross sexual harassment. This place is very, very feminist.)
Cons
It won't make you breakfast? No wait, it totally will once a month. The only negative I could possible imagine is that occasionally you may be asked to change seats to get exposed to other coworkers. Maybe that's not a problem for you, but I personally like to nest.
