Pros
If you love working really hard for very low commission and salary then this is the place for you. You also get your own office with a fancy stand up desk.
Cons
During my interview I was told no one in the company makes less than $65k a year. After starting I found out that maybe 1 person might make over that. Training consist of sitting next to a recruiter with a total of 1 year of experience for a few hours. The owners are hardly in the office and when they are don't expect them to converse much with you or even act like they care you are there. On average they run an office of 10 - 12 recruiters on staff and in the past 12 months they have had 8 quit. Being a very small company the healthcare plan is not very good and very expensive compared to competing companies. Average commission payout is anywhere from $250-$500 per placement. Base Salary is around $30-$40K so you can do the math on how many placements you need to make halfway decent money. FYI they work on only government jobs which require clearances to start, some of which can take months. Good luck!
