    I worked at Dunnes Stores part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good people. Clear pay scale. Time and a half on Sundays and a bonus for bank holidays.

    Cons

    Management weren't flexible or respectful of university hours or requirements. No flexibility around exams or any extra needs. I was given a formal warning for being sick, even though I had a medical cert, because someone else in my department was on holiday that week and my illness was inconveniently timed.
