-Salary not competitive -Schedules -Tasks, never clear -Gap between lead techs, senior techs, and freelancers, actually all the techs are obligated to do the same tasks , so a guys with 11 years experiences have to do the same job with a guy who just finish school -No opportunity to big challenges, always the BIG events are assigned to the same old techs, - not opportunity to advance and scale
