They dont deserve rating . its a fake organisation with all fake commitments and yes its true they judge you in 3 days time and can ask you to leave .Y you hire the people then ..you can say in interview No even and even the people in the organisations are not even upto the mark as per there education qualification . They dont even know the basic financial aspect just play politics The organisation wont last long so better dont make your career black by being part of it and all the good reviews are of employers themselves who are forced by HR people to give review P.S - BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THE DANGER

Duru has enough Job clarity. Quite transparent in terms of who is doing what. Office if Pretty!

Cons

They fire people without notice. Zero job security. People are fired in as less as 3 day's of joining. They insist you to join for a pay cut and promise increment in three months. But then they fire before three months of joining Usual work hours Extremely Strict about reporting time and no rule for dispersing No work from home policy Too much of SIR and BOSS system. Even the chairs for the BOSSES is different Sitting arrangement is not comfortable. The chairs are too uncomfortable to sit the whole day (long work hours) Korean culture is followed. Hardly any knowledge about the Indian work culture. Company Secretaries must stay away.
