Company is not located in a professional office space – it operates from a rented residential building with outdated infrastructure. • Extremely poor leadership style — the COO behaves in an authoritarian and disrespectful manner. • New joiners are burdened with tests and unrealistic expectations from day one. • No flexibility in login time; strict rules with public humiliation for even a minute’s delay. • No defined logout time — employees work until 8:30 or even 9:30 PM regularly. • Toxic and demotivating environment with no work-life balance. • Leadership lacks basic understanding of corporate professionalism and employee respect.

No pros no growth the CEO doesn’t know anything about anything, He’s a joke he’s just an aggressive person for no reason.
