I've never worked at a place with such a lack of respect for it's employees. They hand out hollow rewards to try and supplement for the criminally low wage they pay their workers. They ask for too much, and even when you're working hard, they consistently push.
The place is a revolving door of people. They can't keep any workers there because of terrible management and lack of insensitive to stay. Most people quit within a month, some don't last a day.
Don't work here unless you're really strapped for cash.
