Dutch-Bangla Bank Is the leading private Bank in Bangladesh.There are so many Branches in Bangladesh (near about 200 Branches).

Cons

At Dutch-Bangla Bank There was too much customer pressure for example from Dec,2010 to Dec,2015 there was one(01)Lac and more savings and corporate account opened at Chittagong EPZ Branch, in that period of time which was too difficult to handle with customer care.

I tried thinking of one for a few minutes, but failed to find one.

Cons

- You'll have to fight for leaves. You'll be called in when you are. - Does not matter if you spend two days straight at the office, if you clock-in after 10, you will be treated as garbage. - Promotion is now has probationary period, it'll be decided if you are eligible for promotion after one year (will be delayed). - Transport won't be available to you because the hireups who got personal car facilities are always using them. - Overtime is considered normal here. - Coincidentally, there will always be emergencies on off days. - Reward for work done, is more work. - Two lifts operational at the HO, 1 double-door for 99.986% people, and one for 0.014%. You'll be scolded for taking 40 minutes lunch break while it took 30 minutes to go up and down in the lifts. - Water bottles are not allowed on your desk. - All you get is raw tea, saving money 💰

As i was fresher so, i join that bank , there is no reason of doing that.

Cons

i didnt get more then 10 leads in 1 month.
