Dutch-Bangla Bank Is the leading private Bank in Bangladesh.There are so many Branches in Bangladesh (near about 200 Branches).

Cons

At Dutch-Bangla Bank There was too much customer pressure for example from Dec,2010 to Dec,2015 there was one(01)Lac and more savings and corporate account opened at Chittagong EPZ Branch, in that period of time which was too difficult to handle with customer care.

Went to work here for a year and liked the corporate culture. Everyone is smart and gives you great feedback on your work.

Cons

Difficult to grow in the role and did not like my options based on my team. Would love to stay here as I love the culture and believe in the CEO
