Business outlook
Pros
Store is aesthetically pleasing, regular customers are very kind and most co-workers were great.
Cons
Management is very unresponsive to feedback and suggestions to make the workplace better. Quite overworked as staff hours were cut and forced us to work multiple positions all at once which is quite unsafe. Did not get much support from upper management when you're concerned about workplace issues (harassment, safety, etc.)
